THERE are THREE ways to get A "TICKET" TO this year's ONLINE EVENT.

You must complete AT LEAST ONE of the three options below. We suggest ordering the cheese AND wine so you can participate in the tasting with us!

  1. Order wine - Sommelier Ferdinando "Ferdy" Mucerino from Wine Insiders has personally hand-selected four wines out of dozens of prized bottles from premier wineries around the globe for a wine flight that will amaze you - and pair perfectly with Point Reyes cheese.

    Wine packages are discounted for the event, and the Scleroderma Foundation Greater Chicago Chapter will receive proceeds from ANY wine purchases you make now through 12/31/2021! Wine must be purchased by noon on December 6 in order to receive it in time for the event.

  2. Order cheese - The four wines we'll be sampling at this year's Cooking Up A Cure have been hand-selected to pair perfectly with the cheeses from Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Co - a family-owned creamery that's known throughout the culinary world for delicious, sustainably-produced artisanal cheese. At this year's Cooking Up A Cure, we'll be tasting their Toma, TomaTruffle, TomaRashi, Gouda and Original Blue. 

    Proceeds from your cheese purchase will benefit the Scleroderma Foundation Greater Chicago Chapter. Cheese must be purchased by December 3 in order to receive it in time for the event.

  3. Make a donation - If you don't want to participate in the wine and cheese tasting, you can still enjoy the show! You can also access the event by making a donation of $25 or more.

We encourage you to purchase both the wine AND cheese so you can participate in the tasting with us, but as long as you complete at least ONE of the three items above, that's it! We will email you a Zoom link to join the event a few days in advance.

Ferdinando (Ferdy) is a Court of Master Sommeliers Certified Sommelier and was named 2019’s Best Wine Director by Wine Enthusiast. He is a wine program consultant for various restaurants.
