Celeste Zeccola, Executive Pastry Chef
Celeste Zeccola has been the Executive Pastry Chef at Bittersweet Pastry Shop since 1999. After an apprenticeship at the Hotel Sofitel in Minneapolis and classes at the Ecole LenĂ´tre in France she worked at many acclaimed restaurants including Carlos, Le Francais and Gordon, as well as opened her own pastry shop in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. At Bittersweet, she enjoys making many classic desserts while also drawing upon her knowledge of pastry to create new ones.
